Idoia is an expert in govtech and advises governments on the generation of ecosystems and public policies in this area. Previously, she was Director and founder of the Publictech Lab at IE University and Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the IDB. Idoia studied Law and has an MBA from MIT, a master's degree from Georgetown University and was recognized by Apolitical magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in the world in digital government.

Inma is an expert in technology and digital transformation. Focusing on projects related to data strategy and IoT. She has developed his career in the telecommunications operators' environment, both in Spain and in international markets (Latam and Europe), leading business development teams and digital transformation projects. Inma is a Telecommunications engineer, she has an MBA and has collaborated as Digital Advisor with Ametic, for the European data project GAIA-X.

Laura specializes in public policy and public sector innovation. She has worked at the Catalan Institute for Public Policy Evaluation designing and evaluating public policies, at the govtech startup Citibeats and in an innovation laboratory designing and carrying out govtech pilots with the Spanish public administration. Laura has a degree in economics from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona (Spain) and an Erasmus Mundus master's degree from the Carlos III University of Madrid and the University of Lund.

Diego specializes in technological solutions and emerging govtech startup businesses. After starting his career in the tourism sector, he moved to the technology one. He has co-founded the startup TravelTech Dissolver and the Spanish Startups community of entrepreneurs. Diego has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid and has been responsible for the Open Innovation Ecosystem based on Deep Tech at this university.

Lucia specializes in managing innovation and govtech projects. She has coordinated innovation projects at the intersection between technology and society at the local, regional and European levels. Lucia has a degree in Political Science with a focus on public administration and has completed two Masters, one in New Trends and Process Innovation in Communication (UJI) and the other in Smart Communities, Design and Management (UNITN).

Elena specializes in service design and user experience, with Design Thinking methodologies. She has worked on strategic design projects with the public administration. She has done as well innovation projects in Waste Management and Circular Economy, for energy, health and urban planning sectors.

Sofia specializes in implementing open innovation programs aimed at public administrations in Europe and Latin America. She has worked at PUBLIC (London) and has been part of the IE PublicTech Lab team. In addition, she has led the execution of the first bootcamps for GovTech startups promoted by the European Commission and has been recognized as LATAM GovTech Leader. Sofia has a background in Political and Social Sciences and has specialized in the space of digital transformation of the public sector at Harvard Kennedy School.

Jorge specializes in public sector economics. He has a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics, with a master's degree in Economic Development and Public Policy. He is starting a doctorate in Economics focused on Public Policies for Innovative Entrepreneurship. And he is passionate about the Public Sector and its relationship with the business ecosystem.

Álvaro está especializado en datos, inteligencia artificial y tecnologías digitales. Ha trabajado en Vodafone, Accenture Song y en proyectos de diseño de producto. Se graduó en un doble grado en Ingeniería en diseño industrial y desarrollo de producto y en Ingeniería mecánica, instalación y construcciones industriales por la Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (UPM).

Javier collaborates with Gobe in the area of public procurement. He holds a Doctor of Laws degree and manages two law firms specializing in public procurement and innovation purchasing. He is a Corresponding Academician of the Royal Academy of Legislation and Jurisprudence. Collaborating Professor at the Public University of Navarra since 2015. He has been a member of the European Commission's group of experts on public procurement (2015 - 2018).
