Idoia is an expert in govtech and advises governments on the generation of ecosystems and public policies in this area. Previously, she was Director and founder of the Publictech Lab at IE University and Senior Advisor to the Secretary of the IDB. Idoia studied Law and has an MBA from MIT, a master's degree from Georgetown University and was recognized by Apolitical magazine as one of the 100 most influential people in the world in digital government.

Inma is an expert in technology and digital transformation. Focusing on projects related to data strategy and IoT. She has developed his career in the telecommunications operators' environment, both in Spain and in international markets (Latam and Europe), leading business development teams and digital transformation projects. Inma is a Telecommunications engineer, she has an MBA and has collaborated as Digital Advisor with Ametic, for the European data project GAIA-X.

María is specialized in project management methodologies and process efficiency. She has worked at Orphoz, a McKinsey company specialized in the implementation of strategic projects, and at Madrid Futuro, a public-private collaboration association focused on the design and management of projects for the city of Madrid. María graduated in Industrial Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, completing a double master's degree in Industrial Management with the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago (USA).

Laura is specialized in public policy and public sector innovation. She has worked at the Catalan Institute for Public Policy Evaluation designing and evaluating public policies, at the govtech startup Citibeats and in an innovation laboratory designing and carrying out govtech pilots with the Spanish public administration. Laura has a degree in economics from the Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona (Spain) and an Erasmus Mundus master's degree from the Carlos III University of Madrid and the University of Lund.

Diego is specialized in technological solutions and emerging govtech startup businesses. After starting his career in the tourism sector, he moved to the technology one. He has co-founded the startup TravelTech Dissolver and the Spanish Startups community of entrepreneurs. Diego has a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid and has been responsible for the Open Innovation Ecosystem based on Deep Tech at this university.

Lucia is specialized in managing innovation and govtech projects. She has coordinated innovation projects at the intersection between technology and society at the local, regional and European levels. Lucia has a degree in Political Science with a focus on public administration and has completed two Masters, one in New Trends and Process Innovation in Communication (UJI) and the other in Smart Communities, Design and Management (UNITN).

Elena is specialized in service design and user experience, with Design Thinking methodologies. She has worked on strategic design projects with the public administration. She has done as well innovation projects in Waste Management and Circular Economy, for energy, health and urban planning sectors.

Sofia is specialized in implementing open innovation programs aimed at public administrations in Europe and Latin America. She has worked at PUBLIC (London) and has been part of the IE PublicTech Lab team. In addition, she has led the execution of the first bootcamps for GovTech startups promoted by the European Commission and has been recognized as LATAM GovTech Leader. Sofia has a background in Political and Social Sciences and has specialized in the space of digital transformation of the public sector at Harvard Kennedy School.

Álvaro is specialized in data, artificial intelligence, and digital technologies. He has worked at Vodafone, Accenture Song, and on product design projects. He holds a double degree in Industrial Design and Product Development Engineering and Mechanical Engineering, Installation, and Industrial Constructions from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM).

Natalia specializes in innovation methodologies, digital product design, and management. She has worked at the Innovation Center of BCP, Peru's leading bank, and at Mambo, a consultancy where she led projects on cultural transformation and customer experience. Natalia graduated in Business Administration from the University of Lima in Peru and earned a master’s degree in Sustainable Business and Innovation from EADA Business School, Barcelona.

Patricia está especializada en innovación y diseño estratégico, con experiencia en el liderazgo de retos de diseño de nuevos futuros, modelos de negocio, marcas y servicios. Ha trabajado en entornos de consultoría privada y start-ups, en proyectos internacionales y nacionales, a lo largo de diversidad de industrias – destacando energía, banca, travel, educación y retail. Patricia se graduó en Design Management and Cultures y en Diseño de Producto Digital, con formación adicional en Desarrollo Sostenible, Diseño de Futuros y Evaluación de Impacto.

Pamela has over ten years’ experience in journalism, research and social communication, working with a range of organisations across Latin America, the United States and Spain. She has built her career producing content for digital platforms, including live coverage campaigns, editing, and data analysis on public policy issues with social impact. Pamela has contributed to El País, Telemundo Comunicaciones / NBC News, Democracy Now and Grupo Clarín, among others, taking part in redesign and digital transformation processes. She holds a degree in Social Communication and a Master’s in Bilingual Journalism, and has recently specialised in Spain in innovation and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Mario specialises in visual identity, digital design, and web development. His career combines creativity and strategy, supported by a solid background in Industrial Design Engineering and a master’s degree in Art Direction. He has worked in design studios and consultancies, leading projects focused on user experience, visual communication, and brand development. At Gobe, he brings his creative vision to strengthen public innovation through impactful visual solutions.

Lidia discovered her passion for GovTech during her Economics studies at UPV/EHU. Since then, she has gained a year and a half of experience at Gobe, where she has been actively involved in the implementation of open innovation projects. Her work has also included identifying new technologies and startups, which has allowed her to develop a solid understanding of the GovTech ecosystem.
